1. Location is great. Walkable to most attractions and hotel is by the river. 2. Convenience store just a few doors away. 3. Eateries in front of the hotel or a short walk away. 4. Night market just a few minutes walk away but I believe the night market is not what it used to be and it's opened past 9 pm. 5. Staff is friendly and helpful. 6. Room is clean, bed is comfortable and air-con functioning well. 7. Room has a kettle, instant coffee, toothbrush with toothpaste and shower cap. 8. Great wifi connection. 9. Value for money.

We really enjoyed the hotel, and the value for money was excellent. We also appreciated that the man at the reception allowed us to pay after we stayed the night, as we hadn’t exchanged any money yet.
